The "Shiite duo" has launched a campaign against Minister of Social Affairs Haneen El Sayed, not on the usual ready-made charge of negligence, but because she did not allow it to appropriate aid intended for displaced people as it had done on previous occasions, according to Nidaa Al Watan.
