Information obtained by MTV on Wednesday indicated that the Lebanese military technical delegation headed to the United States on Tuesday, after meeting President Joseph Aoun and Army Commander Rodolphe Haykal and receiving the necessary instructions. The delegation is set to meet a U.S. delegation today in preparation for Friday’s meetings.
