A "surrender agreement" or a "new May 17"?

An official Lebanese source told Ad-Diyar that "the ceiling of the Lebanese negotiations is clear and firm, and consists of the withdrawal of the Israeli army, the return of residents to their villages, reconstruction, and securing economic aid for Lebanon," categorically denying all reports being circulated about a "surrender agreement" or a "new May 17 agreement."
