Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf published a series of statements on his account on the X platform on Saturday, refuting what he described as claims by the American side and stressing that Washington had not achieved any victory through these narratives and would not succeed in negotiations through them.
Ghalibaf warned that the continuation of the blockade could lead to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, noting that navigation would be subject to a specific route and Iranian approval. He stressed that “the field determines the reality of the strait, not social media,” and also emphasized that the media war is part of the conflict, calling for following what he described as accurate information about the negotiations through statements by the Foreign Ministry spokesman.
