The Military Technical Committee for Lebanon (MTC4L) turns a page… Aoun praises its role in protecting the military institution

President of the Republic General Joseph Aoun received the head of the Military Technical Committee for Lebanon (MTC4L), Italian General Enrico Fontana, on a farewell visit marking the nearing end of his mission at the head of the committee, which is tasked with providing support to the Lebanese Army through military, social, and humanitarian programs.

During the meeting, Fontana reviewed the committee’s أبرز achievements throughout its work in Lebanon, noting the implementation of cooperation projects with the Lebanese Army that included the establishment of training centers and military facilities, alongside the launch of initiatives to support the families of military personnel, particularly those forced to flee their towns, stressing that cooperation with the Lebanese Army will continue in all fields.

For his part, President Aoun thanked General Fontana for the assistance he had provided to the army through the committee, praising the support of the participating countries in various fields, and said:
