Israel announced the arrival of U.S. Air Force aircraft designated for aerial refueling, which landed at Israeli military bases as part of joint logistical and operational arrangements between Washington and Tel Aviv.
The Israeli military said the deployment of these aircraft was intended to support the positioning of U.S. forces and enhance their readiness, while ensuring no impact on civilian air traffic. It noted that the aircraft did not use Ben Gurion Airport, but were instead distributed among military facilities and air bases.
This step comes amid ongoing regional tensions and the escalating confrontation with Iran, as the United States moves to strengthen its military presence and raise the level of operational preparedness in the region.
